Jackie Moody is a writer and producer with extensive experience across formats, including narrative features and TV, docs, shorts, and entertainment and lifestyle marketing. Her combination of storytelling expertise, appetite for culture, and unending hustle make her an enthusiastic, reliable ally on the journey from script to screen.

Her resume includes two years of staff writing on the polyamory comedy YOU ME HER, the sale of multiple SVOD features, and development with companies like Bad Robot, Point Grey, Lifetime, Blumhouse, Dreamworks TV, ESPN and Warner Bros. to name a few. Most recently she and her directing partner, Sarah Jean Kruchowski produced and directed the docuseries pilot, TRUE COLORS - centered on the incredible world of competitive color guard. 

Jackie is also part of the creative teams behind the social media campaigns of hits like The Dropout, Doom Patrol, Bosch, No Sudden Move, and Fatherhood—amplifying online chatter and boosting impressions around these releases for Wild Card Creative and their clients. As a Senior Copywriter at the cultural agency Cashmere, she managed a team of junior copywriters and designers to great success on multiple pitches for studios and networks like HBO, Amazon, and Hulu. She also developed the social brand voice for Los Angeles’ popular outdoor retail destination, RowDTLA.

Jackie is WGA, WGC, and a certified production accountant. She and director Sarah Jean Kruchowski are team repped through Writ Large LA for screenwriting.
